Role Summary : - You will drive the process, from the ground up, of building the team. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of sourcing strategy and employer branding techniques. - You will also play a key role in shaping the culture by running regular pulse surveys, facilitating open communication, and encouraging behaviors that help the team grow together. - Your responsibilities will include forecasting hiring needs, sourcing potential candidates actively, fostering long-term relationships with passive candidates, and evaluating their candidature for a technical and cultural match while facilitating an open, healthy, happy, and productive work environment for all team members. Pls note this role will involve 60% recruitment and 40% supporting internal HR COE functions. Skills: Experience : - Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or in a similar profile. - Strong technical background with preferably an undergraduate degree in Engineering. - This would be essential to understand technical profile requirements. - Familiarity with job boards, resume screening, and Application Tracking System - Good experience in Onboarding and new hire engagement. - A passion for building teams and managing human relationships. - This is for an amazing start-up based in Bangalore.
