1. Drive organization-wide (1500 employees) Talent Review exercise and various talent management initiatives
2. To develop a robust campus hiring and lateral hiring program.
3. Identify critical positions and create the succession planning framework and develop a Talent Bench Strength.
4. To plan and implement various Capability Development initiatives across functions such as Sales, Field Service Delivery & Customer Operations.
5. Plan and implement a robust Leadership Development framework.
6. Plan and create the Training and Development strategy for all functions along with functional heads.
7. Play a key role in the Change Management and organization Culture building initiatives
Education: Full time PGDBA /MBA with HR Specialization – full time (Premier Business School)
Experience: Minimum of 8-12 Years
