Talent Manager
Job Role :
- The Talent Manager would primarily be accountable for developing and executing Talent Management (70% role) strategies into Talent identification, development and engagement.
- The role holder shall also be assisting in Organization Development, Learning & Development and Capability Building Programs.
Tasks & Responsibilities :
Talent Management :
1. Design & implement the Talent Management framework/strategy
2. Handle Talent management activities across the complete life cycle
3. Identify, assess and develop Talent through structured mechanism
4. Design interventions to develop Leadership pipeline
5. Accountable for leadership development, succession planning, career architecture, strategic resourcing, and organization design
Learning & Development :
6. Design Learning & Development strategy for the business
7. Create platforms for Learning & Development within the organization
8. Initiatives to promote digital learning
9. Design and run the L&D Calendar
10. Organize L&D interventions through structured methodologies
11. Evaluate L&D programmes using robust evaluation mechanisms
Requirement :
12. Experience of around 5 years in designing and implementing development initiatives, learning & development, talent management and succession processes
13. Certification in Psychometric assessment would be an added advantage
14. Ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners and line leaders
15. Experience in a range of talent management and succession interventions with organisations known for their benchmarked practices
16. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and influencing skills and ability to facilitate decisions making across all levels of business
