Our client is a part of a MNC group which is a Fortune 200 organization.   Role: Talent Manager Asia  Reports to: HR Director based at Singapore  Based at Navi Mumbai  This role is responsible for driving and executing talent management programs (in an individual contributor role) for about 600 employee base spread across 4 countries (in Asia) including India. Responsibilities include Performance Management (PMS), Development Plans, Talent Reviews and Employee Engagement Survey.  Desired Profile:  8 to 10 years of multi-national experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Management with clear track record in driving Talent Management in a progressive environment.  Excellent stakeholder management & oral and written communication skills.  Willingness to travel (20-25%)
