Required Skills

- Manage daily HR operations of the business unit/location

- Manage compensation & benefits and HR related projects

- Manage the dashboards, statutory reports and other adhoc HR reports/metrics at the organizational level.

- Collaborate and liaison with various internal teams for managing engagement, communication, learning at the location.

- Liaise with corporate teams on business related activities/events for business unit.

- Manage HR related issues pertaining to employees including onboarding, separations, ground level issues and employee queries for the business unit.
