Position : Talent Management Specialist

Qualification : MBA -Tier 1 Colleges

Exp: 6- 8yrs

CTC Upto 35 Lacs

What we are looking at

We are looking for a talented candidate with a demonstrated track record of academic and professional achievement to be a part of Talent Management team . This is a dynamic, high-visibility position that offers multiple opportunities to learn about the firm's various businesses.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Playing a pivotal role in identifying, strategizing, designing, and executing talent management strategies.

- Overseeing employee engagement activities.

- Reporting and analytics for Human Capital.

- Driving, leading, and ensuring the effective development and implementation of Human Capital policies and processes.

- Managing Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

Desired skills and experience :

- A master's degree in Human Resources with at least 7 to 8 years of relevant HR experience.

- Adept problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills, along with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to manage and lead a team in a dynamic environment.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work with a diverse work force at various levels of the organization.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate smooth interactions with the team.

- Adept at multi-tasking and managing multiple projects with high-quality execution.

Additional Information

Prior experience in the below is a definite advantage : 

- People management experience. 

- Reporting and analytics for Human Capital. 

- Onboarding & Seperations.

 - Any masters degree in human resources from a premium college.
