We have the following requirement in Mumbai with an MNC KPO

MBA HR from Tier I HR Inst . with 4-7 years

Key Traits Required:

- Conceptual knowledge

- Comfort with senior management

- Ability to deal with ambiguity

- Executive Presence

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Upward advocacy

- Right attitude

- Facilitate Talent Review using 9-box for Managers with business leaders

- Be an authority on the Top Talent at Manager level and facilitate succession discussions as required

- Provide support to the talent activities for GM+ levels

- Responsible for engagement and capability building of the HR team across all locations

- Act as an overall engagement partner for the HR team

- Own the HR MT Program

- Provide support to the change management and diversity initiatives as required
