An FMCG organisation, wishes to hire a seasoned HR professional to handle the talent management function for India.
The incumbent shall be :
- Process owner for Talent Management and development functions for the BU (1000+ people across functions)
- Part of Strategic HR projects
- Championing Employee Engagement
- Responsible for interventions bringing about a better work culture
- Talent strategy and succession planning
- Leadership development
- We invite applications from B School graduates with ample experience in driving HR people agenda for organisations and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Must have led talent management and development initiatives.
- Worked closely with HR Leaders in formulating succession planning .
- Applicants must have worked in organisations of repute, preferably in Manufacturing, Auto,Pharma, FMCG, companies
- Experience as a business partner driving processes, and culture building interventions is desired.
- Must have the wherewithal to work with cross-functional teams.
