6. Devising diverse approaches to talent

7. Creating development interventions for those identified as talent

8. Interfacing with internal and external stake holders (Internal Teams, Leadership, Vendors, Consultants etc) for strategic and tactical tie-ups

9. Should be able to track implementation of the initiatives
