The opening is with an Pharma company for Talent Executive.

Job Location – Mumbai.

Role Title - Talent Executive

Supervisor’s Title - Talent Manager

MBA with 1-2 years of experience

MBA - HR/ Masters in Organisation Psychology with 1+ years of experience in project management and/or talent management

- Enable business outcomes through dedicated focus on the health and productivity of a talent segment.

- Assist Talent Managers in identification of new projects and investment opportunities by conducting diagnosis of as-is state.

- Execute projects as per the project plan. Update stakeholders on project progress periodically. Anticipate and escalate delays.

- Work with business stakeholders to execute projects that are aligned to the organisation’s goals.

- Implement the project or provide necessary support to the implementation team, as required

- Talent Management for assigned Talent Segment.

- Deploy initiatives to improve talent segment health; Coordinate across teams/ departments for initiatives that impact the assigned talent segment.

- Monitor implementation of organisation’s talent management plan in assigned talent segment.
