Key Role & Responsibilities - Conceptualize, Design, Execute & Drive all Talent Management initiatives - Actively participate and support the initiatives to nurture, develop & evolve the employee throughout the entire work life cycle - Facilitate designing of various talent management processes right from induction of the employee within the organization to separation. - Drive Competency based assessment and design & monitor progress of the Individual Development Plan of employees - Understand and drive various psychometric assessments which will be used at various job families for recruitment & development purposes. - Responsible for carrying out employee engagement activities to ensure employee retention for long term benefit of the organization & individual - Conceptualize and drive world class Employee Engagement initiatives to become employers of choice. - Design and drive Succession Planning and Management by focusing on talent & leadership development - Participate in organizational transformational exercises and support in designing steps to ensure corrective measures are taken - Review the existing policies, benchmark them with the industry standards and support in improvisation wherever required - Reinforce the Rewarding culture - Participate in competency mapping exercise to define the competencies for all functions
