Talent Management & Engagement Role - Recruitment Firm

We are hiring for Talent Management/Engagement professionals for Flexability (ABC consultants).

FlexAbility is a 100% subsidiary of ABC Consultants and has an exclusive strategic partnership with Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS), a global RPO & Talent Acquisition leader.

Flexability was established in 2011, and is an ISO 27001 certified business spread across 7 cities with a 200+ employee base. We help our clients transform their employee lifecycle by designing for them innovative and client-focused solutions, products and processes in our service lines - RPO, Resource Augmentation and Project Hiring and have thus evolved as a trusted RPO partner to our clients.

The roles involves the following-

- Implementation of all the people policies i.e., Performance management, Rewards and Recognition initiatives, Talent identification and development, succession planning and career development,

- Steering employee engagement initiatives with skills in maintaining harmonious employee relations & resolving grievances

- Engaging in Compensation & Benefits Management

- Reward Management
