You will be responsible for design, development and implementation of learning initiatives and solutions as per business needs and organizational strategy. You will partner with our human resources teams and business leaders to orchestrate, champion, and build a culture of learning.
Your key role and responsibilities will include:
1. Learning consulting and partnering:
- Partner and consult with key stakeholders in the business and HRBPs to identify capability gaps in line with ASC's strategy and translate them into learning needs.
- Collaborate with other Learning Partners in the TMD team to create and curate our annual
capability plan for all business groups in SLGS India.
2. Content Design and Delivery:
- Design (create, co-create and curate) learning initiatives, solutions, roadmaps or journeys for our core curriculum, talent and leadership development and bespoke requirements to address business needs.
- Manage and support aspects like RFPs, vendor evaluation etc. for external programs.
- Create branding and communication for assigned TMD programs and initiatives for promotion and visibility among targeted groups.
- Facilitate internal programs aligned to annual capability plan (virtual and classroom).
3. Program Management:
- Own end-to-end program management of TMD led programs e.g.: ASCI's flagship manager development program for First-time people managers, Development journeys for Hi-Po talent etc.
- Leverage proven learning practices, methods, and frameworks to design, deliver and measure success of the programs.
- Support execution of Leadership Development Program for senior leaders.
4. Talent Management:
- Offer conceptual framework to build skills for employees and for people managers to take ownership of employee career development.
- Support Talent review process for assessing talent inputs into development offerings.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Establish, monitor, and report metrics to analyze effectiveness of learning programs on Reaction, Learning, Behavior and Business results.
- Assess progress and impact of key TMD initiatives including DEI and Talent review.
- Drive governance on critical talent development metrics.
- Use data and insights to improve learner engagement and learning impact.
Education & Experience :
- Post-Graduate in Human Resources/Organizational Psychology from reputed institutions.
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience. Must have relevant experience in Learning, Talent, and Leadership Development.
- Strong consultative and influencing skills. Experience of engaging and influencing Senior Management
- Intellectually sharp, articulate, and agile.
- Relevant certifications like Instructional Design, Facilitation skills would be an added advantage.
