Job Description :
- Communications in preparation for Spin/Go live: be the HR spoc for Asia Pacific and be the interface with the 3 brands as appropriate and coordinate the communications plans and needs at a regional level from an HR standpoint
- Support the global HR communications planning and governance process as a member of the HR communications team
- Support all Country HR Leaders with any ad hoc projects in preparation for Spin/Go Live
- Facilitate APAC HRLT meetings
- Support COE projects to drive the people strategy
- TM - support the people review preparations
- L&D - support the roll out of key 2018 leadership development
- Adhoc projects related to office consolidation, OTH clean up, talent selection in specific countries, in support of the local HR people
- Act as an HR thought leader and support resources as it relates to the onboarding of employees into HR systems and processes, including FDM process
- Help align data and analytics to support a short term reporting process on basic organizational information to global and regional partners
- Interface with key contacts in finance, IT, and legal functions in order to drive work to completion and keep accountability for work planning and support in the proper function
- Be the HR representative on the Sales Incentive project team for APAC
- Support the project team on defining future strategy
- Be the link with the broader AP HRLT
Candidate Profile :
- Talent management or change management experience is essential
- Experience in a large complex business is essential
