Talent & Learning Analytics
Key Responsibilities
- Actively consult with business partners to contribute to business results (e.g Driving Learning completion, Efficiency in Hiring)
- Drive Reporting and Analytics projects for the Enterprise's strategic Learning agenda and articulates the needs of the customer
- Drive reporting and analytics projects for the Enterprise Talent Acquisition agenda
- Develops organizational best practices and learning's on generating actionable Insights across the enterprise
- Ensures business needs are being met
- Drive the team to bring in efficiency on the reporting products (e.g Rationalisation, Automation)
- Be the thought leader in adapting the Business Intelligence pathways for the Analytics team
- Drive the creation of actionable customer insights for the business segment
- Partners with the Talent & Learning fraternity (for example, Trends, Research, Analytics, Measurement and Tracking) to generate an understanding of the customer
- Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Provides supervision and articulate and manage development opportunities for the team
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 - 12 years work experience within an enterprise operating environment preferably in Human Resource (People Capital) setting working with various Reporting & Analytics tool sets and Team- s
- At-least 7 - 8 years of Line Managing experience, including people managers
- Demonstrate Stakeholder management
- Should have actively worked on Projects / Teams that had multinational stakeholder involvement
