We are looking to strengthen our search advisory team by onboarding Recruiters who have a passion to connect with the best minds in the industry. The incumbent will be someone in the early career stage with close to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition specifically for an internet products organisations or businesses of similar complexity.

Role and Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline of local and international candidates for senior-level positions primarily in our software development organization.
- Source active and passive candidates through employee referrals, networking and headhunting.
- Execute creative, out of the box, sourcing strategies to uncover alternative candidate pools.
- Provide basic immigration process information and direction to foreign candidates.
- Build a strong brand in the market, proactively networking, cold calling, and "deep dive" into passive candidate networks through various markets and channels
- Perform phone screens, shortlists of candidates, conduct and lead the interview process, manage debriefs discussions and potentially offer processes
- Partner with executives and managers to determine staffing needs and appropriate placement of candidates
