Position Objective - Provide support, engage and create right environment for Employees.

Responsibilities :

- Ensure efficiency of HR Processes, measurement of their effectiveness

- Ensuring the on-boarding and engagement of the employees

- Reinforce and Create programs to imbibe appropriate culture

- Responsible for successful completion of Statutory compliance and audits with regards to HR Functions

- Engaging the employees on their well being

- Creation and updation of policies

- Create, Manage and implement Diversity, Equality and inclusion programs

- Benchmarking and implementation of best HR practices
