Opening in the People Team in a Big 4 shared services firm.
Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Drive the Business HR activities (new initiatives, policies & strategies)
- Employee Engagement & Employee Satisfaction & Retention for the Business Units
- Ensure resolution to employee’s issues / grievances within SLAs
- Synchronization and coordination with other departments mainly service delivery
- Attrition analysis & exit out calling to understand trends and make recommendations
- Plan & organize BU wide activities like Sports Days, Annual Day , Town Hall , etc
- Responsible for motivation / reward & recognition / (OD )
- Organize welfare & cultural activities.
- Responsible for day to day general HR activities.
- HR Metrics & Reporting
Experience:
- 1-2 years post MBA experience, preferably in service industry
- Should have handled at least 1 cycle of PMS
- Experience in ER activities is an added advantage
- Experience in working on HR metrics
Competencies / Skills:
- Possesses good communication skills to coordinate, resolve queries of both external and internal customers
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and people centric approach to understand employee needs as well as to manage employee expectations
- Self motivator , analytical and result oriented to complete task as per timelines
- Willing to take Ownership
- Excellent MS-Office Skills
