The Talent Branding Specialist is fully accountable for the development and implementation of recruitment and selection programs for the BU assigned. The job holder respects the general hiring standards for all levels of employment and ensures the coordination of all recruitment related activities. #talentbranding #employerbranding #talent acquisition Responsibilities: - Participate together with the HR manager in identifying recruitment needs based on staffing plan received from BU Heads; - Implement the recruitment plan for the BUs either through external or internal recruitment; collaborate with recruitment agencies if case in closing open positions; - Conceptualizing, planning and executing key initiatives for the organization like Employee referral, Connect program, revamp career-site. Developing strong partnership and closely working with regional team for alignment of recruitment, branding and reporting initiatives - Publish weekly, monthly & quarterly dashboards to business and internal HR consumption and ensure 100% process is complaint - Running Internal and External Branding Campaign in collaboration with Marketing and social media team for effective Talent retention and attraction
