About the Opportunity

Syntropy has been entrusted by one of India's leading manufacturing company with the responsibility to execute a large-scale talent assessment project and thereby help the client identify the best talent to be hired for its various functions. We are seeking experienced and qualified Talent Assessors to join our team and play a crucial role in identifying top talent for various roles within the company.

Project Details:

- Assessment Duration: 87 working days (spread over 5 months)

- Daily Candidates: 24

- Total Candidates: 2100

- Assessment Setting: Assessment Center

Your Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual and group exercises within the assessment center framework.

- Evaluate candidate performance based on pre-defined criteria and competencies.

- Utilize strong observation skills to assess potential, soft skills, and cultural fit.

- Independently score and interpret assessment results, providing clear and concise rationales.

- Contribute to robust and unbiased decision-making through collaborative discussions.

- Maintain confidentiality throughout the entire assessment process.

- Provide constructive feedback to candidates upon request (optional).

Your Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in talent assessment, preferably within an assessment center setting.

- Proven track record of successfully conducting assessments for various roles and industries.

- Strong understanding of assessment methodologies, psychometric testing (desirable), and competency frameworks.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

- Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and assessment software (desirable).
