JOB PROFILE :

Role: Executive / Asst. Mgr – Talent Assessment

Qualification – Graduate with MBA in HR from reputed institute

Work Ex - 4 -10 years

Location – Mumbai, Powai

Duties /Responsibilities to be performed by the job holder :

- Support design/development of new assessment/development processes and coordinate various leadership processes including Assessment/Development centres

- Build a rapport with the HR co-ordinators, senior assessors/developers

- Test Administration & scoring, Data Management

- The position requires extensive travel across India to Tier 1 & 2 cities and Lonavala

Skills /Knowledge Required by the job holder :

- Conceptual clarity in HR subjects, coupled with a broad understanding of economics and current affairs

- Planning & Organising

- Effective communication - oral & written

- Ability to handle senior employees

- Expertise in MS Office esp. MS Excel
