Role : Responsible for our talent planning processes and programs (performance management, talent and organizational reviews, succession planning and internal movement), our associate engagement strategy, leadership development and learning, and organization development and effectiveness. The objectives of the team are to enable the organization to develop and engage our associates worldwide to so we can deploy the best talent where and when needed to retain the best team and grow our business. The Talent Analyst plays a key role in developing and sharing analyses and insights across the network of HR, talent and business leaders across our platforms, and operating companies worldwide to enable better decision-making and advance the talent agenda. The Talent Analyst will also play a role in helping to build capability in talent analytics across the organization. - Serve as the expert in talent and engagement metrics and analytics utilizing technologies and multiple data sources, including Workday, to gather, synthesize and interpret talent data - Publish monthly reports such as CVDs, Talent Turnover tracker, VM / DM boards, Talent Management MIS as per defined SLAs and frequencies. - PG in HR from Tier 1/2 Institutions. - 2-5 years experience in analytics and reporting. - High intellectual curiosity with excellent analytical, organizational and data analysis skills. - Demonstrated ability to translate data, analyses and insights into clear, succinct messages and presentations in terms relevant to both HR and business audiences - Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, high-priority assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. - Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and the humility to ask for help when needed - Superior customer service orientation with a sensitivity to response time balanced with the ability to prioritize multiple requests as required - A good listener with the ability to interpret - internal customer needs- and translate them into requirements, question and challenge where appropriate, and teach, guide or coach to create capability across the organization - Comfort working with leaders at all levels or the organization including the Danaher Executive Team. - Advanced Powerpoint and Excel proficiency including VBA - Process improvement skills and systems thinking with track record of utilizing continuous improvement methodology as a business practice. - Experience working in a fast paced, service oriented, highly matrixed environment.
