Responsibilities include :
- Working with hiring managers to understand their needs and drafting job descriptions that attract the right talent pool
- Sourcing candidates through traditional and unique channels
- Managing relationships with and submissions from third-party recruiters
- Screening and evaluating resumes
- Liaising with candidates, third-party recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to schedule phone and on-site interviews
- Updating and tracking candidate details and interview feedback using our Applicant Tracking System
- Coordinating pre-employment screening, including candidate reference checks
- Drafting offer letters and employment contracts
- Supporting a seamless and informative on-boarding experience for new hires
- Assisting with ad hoc HR projects as necessary.
- Partner closely with Business Leaders to advise them on Talent Strategies for their respective Business Units
- Work closely with corporate functions to customize and roll-out global policies and practices at site
- Leading the Diversity and Inclusion charter for Tower Research India
- Bringing in industry best practices and be responsible to introduce new-age talent practices to Tower.
