Talent Acquisition Specialist - Real Estate/Manufacturing Firm (3-7 yrs)

Job Roles And Responsibilities :

1. Coordinate with managers to identify staffing needs.

2. Determine selection criteria.

3. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. Job portals , Social media platforms, Professional networks).

4. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.

5. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.

6. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.

7. Lead employer branding initiatives

8. Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.

9. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Requirements :

1. Must have experience in Non IT and leadership roles hiring, preferably for startups.

2. Proven work experience (minimum 3+ years) as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.

3. Experience in volume/bulk hiring for Sales roles.

4. Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.

5. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

7. A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organisations.

BTech or MBA in Human Resources Management.
