Talent Acquisition Specialist Product Based Company - Pune (Only B School Candidate apply)
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment based on our regional and global processes and in close cooperation with hiring managers and other stakeholders
- Helping hiring manager create position in SuccessFactors and conducting the start-up meeting.
- Creating appealing job advertisements and posting them to relevant channels
- Effectively creating awareness around our Employee Referral Program
- Providing effective screening and pre-selection using all relevant tools and conducting initial interviews to increase quality of short list towards hiring managers
- Scheduling interviews with interview teams and participating on request, always ensuring effective job interviews and assessment against relevant criteria and data
- Facilitating discussions towards selection of the best suitable candidate, negotiation and offer extension, running background and reference checks
- Provide the best possible candidate and hiring manager experience
- Cooperating tightly with local HR Operations teams to ensure a seamless handover during the offer process/employment and onboarding steps
- Supporting University engagement team for campus recruitment process
- Keep and improve talent acquisition KPIs, diversity hiring , prepare reports for recruitment metrics, talent pool pipeline identification, selection of best practices and propose Continuous improvement for staffing processes
- As an individual contributor to play a role of a Recruitment Advisor / Process Owner for the positions that you are assigned to with.
- Help facilitate onboarding of the candidates during initial assimilation phase with Danfoss.
Background & Skills
We expect you to have a degree (Masters) in Human Resources or related field from premier institute plus at least 4-5 years of full life cycle of Talent Acquisition experience preferably in an MNC organization. Should have worked on skill sets involving Embedded , IT& software, Finance & Accounts, Supply chain, Sales ,R&D or engineering/technical discipline supporting the manufacturing or related industry.

- Proficient user of recruitment (ATS) systems (e.g. SuccessFactors or any other similar tool) and MS Office
- Willingness to travel and relocate if required.
