Responsibilities:
- Strategize hiring requirements according to business demands and ensure that the hiring needs are met on time and in the most cost-effective manner.
- Develop strategies to ensure talent pipelines are continuously being strengthened in order to support the current as well as the future needs of the business.
- Plan recruiting strategies around sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Working with external vendors and agencies, and internal teams to build a credible talent pipeline.
- Acting as company's brand ambassador across social platforms to attract talent from the industry.
- Continuously looking at new and innovative ways to improve the recruitment processes to meet growing business demands.
- Have a high degree of data orientation; Prepare and present recruitment reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in sourcing, engaging, and recruiting talent in a time-bound manner
