About our Client - Our client is one of the largest MNCs diversified across various lines of businesses across the globe. They are looking to hire specialists talent acquisition experts to manage niche technology recruitment including sourcing to offer management.

Job Description - Reporting into the Lead Talent Acquisition, your responsibilities will include:

- Taking care of complete gamut of activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition across the business line.

- Analyzing the needs and the requirements in the Business Units and accomplish the Quality hiring in time

- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans.

- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires.

- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools.

- Establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing

- Partner with Head HR and regional team to develop and implement Diversity and Inclusion strategy

The Successful Candidate:

- You will come with 4-8 years of experience with niche technology recruitment experience in an MNC environment.

- Exposure to managing the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to interviewing, selection and offer management is essential for this role.

- Only candidate from MNC's with niche technology experience will be considered for this role. Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written and excellent business acumen are essential for this role.
