We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist(IT) (6-10 years) with proven experience in Product/Engineering companies for Pune location

What are we looking for :

- Familiarity with the entire Recruitment cycle

- Review the job description, understand the requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates

- Source candidates using multiple channels like Job portals, internal database, and Social media

- Knowledge about hiring from Stack overflow, AngelList, Github and other social platforms

- Screen applicants based on relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies

- Build a strong candidate relationship and experience

- Negotiating salary and other terms of employment and gain commitment from candidates

- Timely communication with the candidates and keeping them posted with updates on their candidature

- Creating weekly dashboards and sharing it to the necessary stakeholders

- Work closely with the stakeholders on the hiring plan and ensure they are delivered as per the timelines

- Work with the internal teams to create a strong pipeline of referral candidates
