Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT

We are currently retained by a leading global IT MNC to find a Talent Acquisition specialist to handle their hiring for mid to senior levels.

- The role is based in Hyderabad.

To qualify you must have the following :

- Talent Acquisition specialist with minimum 5 years of experience in handling senior level talent.

- Expertise in sourcing from multiple channels especially social media (if you have been used to hiring only from job boards this role will not work for you)

- Ability to understand job requirements much beyond whats written in the JD

- Ability to pitch role to candidates effectively

- Ability to work independently
