- Strong exp in designing, executing and refining the recruitment strategies.
- Experience in recruiting top class talent from both campus and market.
- Exp in streamlining the existing processes related to hiring.
- Exp in engaging with key stakeholders to attract and engage the right talent.
- Exp in utilizing innovative sourcing strategies.
- Exp in applying recruitment best practices within the team.
Candidates from IT / Investment Banking / Fortune 500 firms with excellent communication skills and strong academic record will be preferred.
