Talent Acquisition Specialist - Industrial Products (3-10 yrs)
Recruitment: Handling the recruitment process from initial screening of resumes to On-boarding of the candidate by co-ordination with business units, for IT and Non IT roles.
SPOC: For Business Heads, Staffing team for Hiring Plan and Deployment.
Front End Lead: Drive Reporting and Analytics at all levels on Sourcing and Channel Effectiveness, channel inflow and Pipeline.

- Mainly focusing on Diversity Hiring, PWD, LGBTQ, Leadership hiring.
- Process owner for Internal Job Posting, Managing Schindler career portal on Success Factors.
- Managing Stake holders & Hiring Managers daily.
- Raking complete ownership of Requirement given.
