The role is based with is based with a reputed Health Insurance Company based in Mumbai.
The incumbent will be responsible for non-sales recruitment and also carry out the CoE functions of the talent acquisition function.
- Understand hiring needs, job descriptions and work with hiring managers and heads of department actively in closing hiring requirements across all non-sales functions
- Function as CoE of the talent acquisition function, co-create, and drive all policies, processes, and systems for the function as guided by the TA Lead.
- Develop and manage new and innovative channels of recruitment, including social media
- Function as Campus Relations SPOC for the Company
- Work with the marketing team to co-create and disseminate the employer brand for the company across various channels
- Own the creation and reporting of talent acquisition analytics dashboards to key stakeholders on a periodic basis
- Drive the implementation and usage of an ATS / e-recruitment system
- Create and drive innovative means of candidate engagement, right up to the date of joining
- Manage all external vendors that work with the TA function
