Implement workforce planning and forecasting to accomplish hiring targets. - Build and execute campus hiring strategy to bring in best in-class talent from the campuses. - Build the talent acquisition processes and infrastructure. You must have the experience and vision of creating a scalable recruiting strategy. - Hands on execution of various digital / technological assessment tools, to be used in talent acquisition . Automate and deploy the right solutions for screening and testing the candidates. - The position demands a holistic, strategic and hands on approach to handle theTalent Acquisition.
