RPO - Talent Acquisition Specialist at Client Side Deputation  Client - US based MNC serving customers in more than 100 countries with 13,000 plus employees based out of 20+ countries worldwide.   Deputation - Gurgaon (Delhi - NCR)   Payroll - Permanent basis with Talenti HR Consulting (www.talenti.in)  RPO Partner - NP Group (http://www.groupnp.com/)  Reporting - Head of Talent Acquisition (APAC) based out of Australia  Key Skills - Global Stakeholder Management, Hands-on with Innovative/Modern Recruiting, Core Sales Hiring experience, ATS/RMS knowledge   Detailed Job Description :   End to End Recruitment activities :  Reporting to the APAC Head Talent Acquisition and On boarding, the TAM is responsible for in-region process management and operational excellence;   a) Manages and develops a centralized talent acquisition team comprised of in-house and RPO resources (Talent Acquisition Relationship Managers);   b) Interfaces with HRBPs to effectively integrate the talent acquisition and on boarding function into the business,   c) Ensure roles and responsibilities are communicated to and adhered by the hiring managers;   d) Drives ad hoc strategic initiatives.  e) Extensively involved in sales professional's hiring   Leverage employer brand :  - Maximize company exposure, ensuring professional, effective and consistent use of employer brand through advertising and promotion.   - Identify opportunities to leverage employer brand, ensuring all new hires match culture and needs of business.   Taleo (Applicant Tracking System) :   - Maximize benefits of Taleo as a candidate management system.   - Ensure Taleo workflow is updated consistently throughout recruitment lifecycle with data accurately tracked and recorded at all times.   - Develop talent pipeline and utilize search tools to identify suitable candidates. Contribute to wider global initiatives to develop Taleo functionality further to better support recruitment needs.   Team Management :  - Team Management of onsite / Offsite of RPO recruiters & leads   Job Specification :   - 5-7 years recruitment or related corporate HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years- Global Stakeholder Management, Innovative/Modern Recruiting Hands-on experience, Core Sales Hiring exposure, ATS/RMS knowledge   - Collaboration and consensus-building skills in a dynamic matrix environment RPO knowledge and experience   - Outstanding communication (verbal and written)   - Customer service skills   - Well-honed business acumen maturity   - Minimum undergraduate degree, graduate degree preferred
