Talent Acquisition Specialist - BFSI - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD

We are looking for candidates from Top Colleges or B-School for the position of Talent Acquisition professionals for a Fortune 500 client

Position : Talent Acquisition specialist

Required Exp : 1 to 3 yrs post Highest Qualification

Educational Qualification : Graduate / Postgraduate ( Any stream but from Top Colleges or B-Schools )

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following :

- Requirement gathering and vetting

- Using market intelligence to decide best sourcing strategy

- Screening resumes and handling interviews

- Creating MIS and progress reports

Required Exp :

- Candidates should have 1 to 3 yrs exp in any domain and willing to work in Talent Acquisition domain
