Your purpose:


We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead recruiting priorities. Someone who pays excellent attention to details and has good organizational and time management skills. You will be required to source, screen, assess, interview, and handle the offer process in order to acquire the best quality candidates effectively.


You are required to execute the end-to-end hiring process, while ensuring outstanding candidate and hiring leader experience.

Roles & Responsibilities


To nail your job you will:


- Understand hiring needs and deliver value by crafting best solutions for them


- Plan interview and selection procedures, including. screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews


- Execute end to end recruitment activities; job posting, talent sourcing, prescreening, assessment, interview, offer management and onboarding process activities.


- Schedule and facilitate all the interviews phone screens, video conferencing


- Provide updates to candidates regarding their applicant/interview status as needed


- Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships (Hiring Managers, Recruiting) and maintain effective communication channels


- Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline processes


Eligibility


To secure this chamber, you need to be:


- Have minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent


- At Least a year of work experience in recruitment of IT/Non IT profiles.


- Highly organized and detailed-oriented; ability to be flexible and handle simultaneous moving parts with a sense of urgency


- Ability to Multi-task and effectively prioritize and work in a dynamic, demanding environment


- In-depth knowledge of the recruiting landscape with ability to produce external trends, market intelligence and industry insights.


- Excellent oral and written communications skills


- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.


- Ready to relocate in Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR
