Your Responsibilities: - Understand the hiring requirements of the product and engineering team thoroughly on a timely basis - Source relevant candidates from platforms like AngelList, LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, etc - If required, interact with external recruitment agencies to source relevant candidates - Be the point of contact for all candidates, share assignments, schedule interviews with relevant team members and handle on-boarding of new hires Apply If: - You have 2+ years of experience in recruiting for product & engineering roles - You are highly energetic & driven with good interpersonal & communication skills - Comfort with technology is a plus (scanning projects on GitHub, reading blogs on Medium, etc)
