Talent Acquisition Role - Technology Firm

As a Talent Scout for our technology arm, you will scout and engage with top engineering talent and build India's best tech & product team. You will work with engineering leaders & key stakeholders, take ownership of headcount requirements, create an outstanding candidate experience, and manage the hiring process in line with our culture. Working with a data backed approach, you will create dashboards to ensure we have a solid pipeline and are hiring with speed and accuracy.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors / Masters degree or equivalent academic qualification

- Minimum 5 years of Technology recruiting experience with atleast 2 years in product development / technology / startup organizations

- Experience in conducting research, mapping target companies to engage and attract passive talent.

- Possess strong ability to source, pre-screen candidates and manage entire recruiting lifecycle efficiently.
