Job Description:
- You would be responsible for hiring quality talent and the entire recruiting life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing & scheduling, offer negotiation and rollout, etc. Also, you will be responsible for talent management, employee engagement, business partnering, employee retention, performance management, implementation of policies and processes etc.
To lead the Talent Acquisition
- As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will work closely with our teams to identify and onboard A++ talents
- You will be responsible for the entire life-cycle of recruitment across levels, including strategy, sourcing, short-listing, pitching, communication, coordination, scheduling, and negotiation.
To lead the HR Operations
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relationships and ensure an amazing work experience for every Employee from hire to exit
