We are looking for IT Recruiters to work!

We are looking to expand our team of IT Recruiters for Mumbai, we work every single day to build products like UPI, BHIM, NACH, NETC, and many more that enrich lives of the citizens of India. Our platforms/apps are highly-performant, deployed at scale, and setting new standards for enabling effective financial transactions while protecting user privacy.

We are also an AI enthusiastic organization, our data science and engineering team is responsible for building enterprise data platforms and Artificial intelligence Models at scale. The data platform process 300 million transactions in real time and batch mode and serving the organization wide reporting needs and Data pipelines for Machine learning and deep learning models.

Responsibilities :

- Manage/support various life cycle stages of the recruitment process.

- Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.

- Work on hiring programs.

- Work towards the action plan for recruiting the best fit for the organization.

- Procure people for different IT Requirements.

- Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.

- Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.

- In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company's growth perspective in mind.

- Keeping abreast of the industry trends

Requirements :

- A Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 year of relevant experience.

- In-depth knowledge of hiring practices and various skills sets with respect to the IT industry.

- Experience in building the talent pool for the IT department of the company.

- Strong understanding of technical requirements like Block chain, IOT, AI, ML.

- Ability to display deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.

- Should be self-motivated as well as a team player.

- The ability to think analytically so as to consider all applicants and recommend the right fit for the organization.

- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to network in order to build an exemplary IT department for the company.

- Proficient in English
