Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled TA with expertise in non-tech leadership hiring to join our talent acquisition team. You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier executive talent for various leadership positions within our organization.
- Your primary focus will be on non-technical roles across different functional areas such as operations, finance, marketing, human resources, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our organization's strategic goals, culture, and leadership needs for non-tech positions. Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to define position requirements, including the desired skills, qualifications, and experience for executive-level roles. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, online platforms, and industry events, to identify potential candidates for non-tech leadership positions.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates through interviews, reference checks, and other evaluation methods to ensure they meet the requirements and align with our organization's values. Engage and build relationships with potential candidates, promoting our organization's brand and opportunities to attract top talent.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job postings, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating interviews, and providing timely updates to hiring managers and candidates.
