Talent Acquisition Role - Payment Bank

We have a mandate with upcoming payment bank for the Talent Acquisition role

Location : Prabhadevi, Mumbai

Exp : 4 - 7 yrs

Responsibilities :

- Looking for incumbent with experience in Recruitment + on boarding

- Bulk hiring or volume hiring experience is preferred

- Preferably looking for Male candidate

- Interacting with the senior stakeholders

_Banking/BFI Background preferred

Requirement :

- Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills.

- Ability to execute recruiting strategy,

- Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.

- Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a agile environment

- Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow.
