Role Responsibility :
- Understanding of headhunting and mapping
- Ability to pitch the role to prospective candidates
- Adept in usage of social media / digital route for recruitment
- Ability to find passive talent from the market and engaging with them for the relevant roles
- A research oriented mind-set to think creatively.
- Ability to engage with senior level talent.
The Ideal Candidate would be someone who has :
- 2-4 years of experience
- Tier 1 institute with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work in a fast paced environment / start-up mindset
- Proven work experience as a Head-hunter.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills to interact with passive candidates.
- Deep understanding of social media recruitment techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools.
