Requirements
- 12+ years of overall experience
- Planning, developing & implementing effective talent acquisition strategy and hiring plan for the organization
- Must have proven experience in Bulk/Volume hiring
Key Deliverables:
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities
- Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for hiring across India
- Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
- Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement
- Sourcing and managing a consistent and high-quality talent pool of candidates to support the business delivery.
- Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent
- Driving the recruitment process within designated departments and ensuring that recruitment processes are completed within the stipulated time and budget.
- Coordinating with business heads to ensure recruitment efforts are in sync with the business needs, leveraging new technology and channels in the recruitment space in coordination with stakeholders.
- Reviewing market data periodically to benchmark compensation across new roles and positions in assigned departments to bring market-wide parity for those positions
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in a leadership role in a talent acquisition function with exposure to managing teams
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, and strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to build relationships & influence stakeholders, with emphasis on establishing trust, through proactive solutions, delivery against commitments, and honest, transparent communication.
- Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping, research, sourcing, and interviewing, to closing.
