Job Description :

- Head the entire gamut of recruitment activities for the organization

- Hire for corporate as well as niche roles in the life sciences sector

- Hire laterally, headhunt for specific positions

- Manage external vendor relationships

- Contribute strategically to align the organization's growth plans and budget with the hiring needs, give inputs for the budget, check attrition, implement incentive and retention strategies

Profile

Candidate Requirements :

- Candidates with recruitment experience from Clinical Research Organizations and Pharmaceutical organizations will be given a preference

- Minimum 8 years as a TA specialist

- Ability to work independently, take on responsibility and give the right inputs to aid the organization in a phase of rapid scale-up

- Ability to work effectively with and influence all levels of employees within the organization, including executive leadership
