Job Responsibilities:
- Excellent Technical Recruiting & Sales recruitment experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Strong experience in working closely with Senior Leadership team and stakeholders
- Ability to create job descriptions and post them on professional sites including Indeed, Ladders, Craigs list and niche groups on LinkedIn, etc.
- Experience in sourcing through various portals like Linkedin, Github, Stack overflow, Xing, Viadeo etc
- Strong Market Intelligence for the open positions in the US Market
- Ability to convince and negotiate both with the Hiring Managers and candidates on the skill availability and the hiring cost thereby managing the source mix & Cost per hire
- Effectively manage the hiring within the grid & cost per hire v/s SLAs
- Ability to front end with internal customers/Delivery/ clients
- Understanding the recruitment asks - timelines, revenue implications, quality focus, market availability
Good to have Skills:
- Overall 8+ years of relevant Recruitment Experience in IT Hiring
- Management of Lateral hiring and full-life cycle recruitment and a flair for Headhunting
- Process Adherence & hands on experience to the Recruitment Tools would be a plus
- Willingness to learn and scale up and be creative in the search
- Good on MIS & presenting data
Must Have skills :
- Aware of usage of Job Boards/Job sites in US/Europe
- Strong proficiency in handling ATS and Microsoft Office applications
- Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Exceptional skills in problem-solving, being adaptable and outstanding multitasking abilities.
NOTE: Preferably from Corporate Recruitment background and US & Europe recruiting experience
