Talent Acquisition Role - Leadership Hiring - eCommerce (4-8 yrs)
HR Recruiter - 4-8 years of demonstrated functional and technical expertise in recruiting, including the development of a competency-based recruiting program, executive/ Leadership recruiting & TA strategies.
Location - Delhi (office starts January)
Roles and Responsibilities
-Should have experience in Delivery and Client Interaction. Preferably should have experience working on Direct Clients and Implementation Partners.
Should have worked on product/tech.revenue profiles
- Screening resumes
- Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
- Administering appropriate company assessments
- Pulling the right candidates for the open mandates
- Performing reference and background checks
- Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process
Skills & Qualifications Required.
- Strong understanding of the company's business objectives and organizational structure
- Very good understanding of the company's position in the marketplace
- Extensive and deep understanding of Lateral recruitment process
Experience: 4-8 years of relevant work experience
Preferred experience who has lead Product/ tech hiring in Startups
Salary offered: 16-25LPA
