Talent Acquisition (IT/Technology hiring) for one of the top 3 Banks
Job Profile & Requirment :
- Partnering with Regional Heads for the hiring needs.
- Execute the sourcing channels to get the candidates for interviews.
- Scheduling the interviews/ walkins / etc.
- Adhere to the TAT for getting candidates on board
- Conduct screening, testing, preliminary interviewing with the potential candidates
- Ensure closure of offers, salary negotiations, of the selected candidates.
- To impliment the streatgy plan for the job openings.
- Must have 2-3 Years of experience in IT hiring or techological hiring.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
