Talent Acquisition - Technical Hiring

We are scouting TA for Technical Hiring IT company.

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad.

Experience required : 2- 5 years

Excellent communication and confidence is mandatory.

Summary :

The person will work closely with hiring managers to make hires throughout the organization. You will identify and engage exceptional talent and manage the entire recruiting lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

- Perform full life cycle recruiting including sourcing and qualifying candidates, reviewing resumes, managing the entire interview process, checking references, negotiating and formulating offers, and closing candidates.

- Partner with hiring managers to thoroughly understand the role, value and vision build strong relationships across the firm, including with key cross-functional stakeholders. Develop effective strategies and channels for sourcing a diverse pool of candidates including performing targeted research
