Talent Acquisition Role - Investment Banking

- Lead hiring for Investment Banking, Institutional Equities, NBFC, Asset Management, Private Wealth & Enterprise Support functions.

- Very strong understanding on Investment banking portfolios.

- Manager high volume recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, taking compensation decision, and guiding the end-to-end process.

- Partnering with the hiring leaders to understand the staffing needs and agreeing on best recruitment strategy.

- Focus on recruiting metrics like cost efficiency, faster turnaround time , mix of sourcing channel for greater effectiveness.

- Meeting hiring managers to understand niche skill profiles.
